How we grew Skybrief's guide with a dedicated site and a working hub

Outcome

Live a rules guide beside the retail offer

The challenge

Skybrief grows through buyers who compare before they talk to sales. It needed a plain-language rules guide that sits beside a retail offer, so a buyer can check the law and then the product this year. The brief was a site and a follow-on rhythm, not a one-off set of pages.

What we built

  • Skybrief team support across the year: positioning, pages and measurement, held with the client in one running plan.
  • A dedicated section of the site built to bring in new buyer leads each month.
  • A signed-in area where the Skybrief team checks progress, models the next quarter, and downloads the pages and notes they use in sales calls.
  • Search setup and tracking so Skybrief enquiries are counted apart from other demand.

The result

Across the engagement, the agreed metric moved as planned, with a clearer pipeline and a working hub the team still uses. The figure comes from the engagement and is checked again before we repeat it in a public pitch or a page.

In their words
People use the guide before they buy. That was the point, and the pages stay readable when the rules are the hard part for the team.

The stack behind it

Skybrief runs on a stack the in-house team can edit after handoff. Where their own editors matter more than custom engineering, we say so and we write that down.
